I’m Camden Allison-Hall — former club and pro Ultimate player, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Physical Therapist Assistant.
I’ve gone through ACL rehab twice myself, so I understand how physically and mentally demanding the recovery process can be.
Now I help Ultimate athletes rebuild confidence, return to play, and stop second-guessing their body after injury. I’ve worked with Ultimate players at every stage of ACL rehab, from rebuilding strength to preparing for full-speed competition.
Through BeyondReady Rehab, I combine return-to-sport testing, strength training, and Ultimate-specific progression to help athletes stop guessing and prove it to themselves.
